Although there are many others behind the scenes at Factioned, Jared and Sara (the life AND business partner duo) are the face of the team up in Beacon, NY where they now call home. Factioned itself is still located in Brooklyn, so the team brings city-style taste, mindset and expertise to Beacon. This is apparent in the design and execution of 112 Washington. There really is no other home like this in Beacon.

We are FACTIONED! … a multidisciplinary design / build firm. Our projects include but are not limited to complete interior + exterior environments, gut renovations, remodeling, custom furniture + fabrication, design consultation, and anything else our clients can come up with.

We’re located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn at Industry City and we recently opened a satellite studio in Beacon, NY.
